Proposition Election

An ordinance of the City of Shamrock, Texas, city council, calling for an election on May 6, 2023, the next uniform election date more than 30 days after passage of this ordinance, to vote on a proposition to reauthorize the local sales and use tax within the City of Shamrock at the rate of one-fourth of one percent for maintenance and repair of municipal streets: providing for the language to be used on the ballot; and providing an effective date.
